901 Hotspot and Korean BBQ

I had the pleasure of venturing to 901 Hotspot and Korean BBQ Restaurant located off of Germantown Pkwy in Memphis, TN.

Now before you ask, no it's not two different restaurants; it's in fact one that serves a variety of options based on your preference. I went during lunch and opted for the Hot Pot and Korean BBQ option. When ordering your Korean BBQ selection, you can choose from beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and veggies. The Hot Pot options includes a base soup, sliced meats, meat sides, seafood veggies, and noodles.

Here's what expect:
1. You have to join a waitlist which is updated via Yelp in real time, so you never have to guess about your wait time.
2. You and your guests have to match the options of getting the hot pot, Korean bbq, or both. But both options have to match.
3. It's similar to an all you can eat buffet; You can order as much as you want but you can not waste the food.
4. You have a 2 hour limit once all the food is on your table.

Overall I enjoyed my experience and will be back. Run, don't walk !
