The Capital Grille

I was very disappointed with the service last night at Capital Grille. When we walked in it was a horrible smell but the waiter informed my guest and I that it was a strong Scott someone was drinking at the next table over. The waiter seemed friendly at first he came and gave us the menu and asked for our drink order. After that, we order 3 appetizers and the Steak Tartare wasn't our favorite. We asked if we could switch it out with a different selection. He then got mad or had some sort of attitude. Our dirty plates were left on our table for an extreme amount of time, while he constantly walked back and forth past us and didn't say a word. Two other waiters and waitresses came over to assist us because we were ready to order our replacement dish. I did enjoy the food but the service was a disappointment.
