Fleming’ Prime Steakhouse

I enjoyed my evening at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse. This establishment offers valet parking or you can find a parking spot yourself. You do have to make a reservation, or you can sit at the bar. I suggest you make a reservation to enjoy the full dining experience. The wait for the table wasn't too long.

I tried the bread and they offered two different types of butter. The one I had tasted like sour cream and onion with a little bit of added sugar.

The waiter was nice, and knowledgeable about the menu. He took his time and waited on everyone to look over the menu before ordering. I ordered the Main Filet Mignon medium rare with a side of Chipotle cheddar Mac and cheese.

The mignon was tender just how I like and the cutting through the meat was easy. It was well-seasoned and full of flavor. The mac and cheese was nice and gooey, it had just the right amount of cheddar.

I cleared the plate and didn't need anything else after that.
