Bartlett Breakfast Factory is cozy and intimate. This black owned establishment is located in the heart of Bartlett, Tn with an excellent Chef by name of Chef Flavas.
Chef Flavas and his staff were friendly, he took my order. I enjoyed my Fried Catfish and Grits with the hazelnut coffee he recommended! The catfish was seasoned and cooked to perfection.
