If you are a coffee lover like me, then you must have your own list of coffee shops that you attend regularly. Here are my favorite local coffee shops in Memphis.
The Hub
The Hub coffee shop is located inside of the Mission Church. It is open Monday through Saturday 7am -6pm. It’s my home away from home. It brings me peace and I can do most of my Bible study there with friends. My go to order is the Iced Hazelnut Latte, with either a breakfast sandwich from Kinfolk or banana bread does the trick.

JoJos Espresso
Before they became a store, they were a mobile coffee shop. JoJos Espresso opened their doors to the community in November 2022. Located in the Thornwood area of Germantown,TN, you can find them brewing a mean matcha latte, my favorite of course! It’s open Monday through Saturday from 7am-6pm, and they offer mobile ordering and delivery.

City and State
This gem is located in the Broad Avenue Arts District. You get to drink coffee and shop at the same time. My favorite part about City and State is the coffee mural that is displayed at the back of the coffee shop. Their menu is always changing and the baristas keep our taste buds fresh. My go-to order there is a delicious iced chai tea latte. They are open Monday through Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 8am-2pm.

Comeback Coffee
Comeback Coffee is located in the heart of downtown Memphis. For a small fee (the price of coffee), you can have a warm drink and enjoy the beautiful view of the Memphis Bass Pro Shop Pyramid from the street. This rustic/ minimalist establishment is unique because of its back area patio and greenhouse. If you like coffee and plants you are in the right place. They are open Tuesday through Saturday 8am-3pm, Sunday 10am-2pm.

Team Car Cafe
If you like bikes and coffee, I think you may hit the jackpot at Team Car Cafe. This is not your regular coffee shop; it's a cool coffee shop. You can get your bike fixed on while having a cup of coffee or brunch. They have a car on top of the cash register that is hanging from the ceiling with bikes attached to it. One thing I order at Team Car Cafe on repeat is the biscoff latte and the fried chicken tacos.They are open 8am-5pm Monday through Saturday. If you are in the mood for a quick bite of tacos and queso, head over next door and check out Elmero Taco.
