Hive Bagel & Deil

I fell in love with this cute bagel shop, located in Downtown Memphis. The Hive Bagel & Deli offers bagels, coffee, croissants and so much more. One of the coolest things about this place is its open view concept. Typically at a coffee shop, you can’t see the bagels being produced. However, at The Hive Bagel & Deli, you have a front row seat, through the glass kitchen window area, watching workers produce the fresh, made to order bagels. 

Something to try is their bagel and lox. I enjoyed that paired with my usual beverage of choice, chai tea! The bagel & lox was filled with house dill & beet-cured salmon, fresh red onion, chive & onion cream cheese, capers, and seasoned tomatoes. Of course, I had to pair it with the everything bagel and it was delicious. This place is a staple for bagels as confirmed by the constant crowd flow. The service was great, and I was in and out of there within 5 min. If you are a bagel lover like me, be sure to stop by Hive Bagel & Deli.
